How do we do it ...
To this end we encourage a client to develop a relationship with more than one of our support consultants, which ensures they will receive immediate response (24/7) to questions from someone who knows their systems. We intensively utilise Primacc Remote Helpdesk, Citrix, Terminal Services and VPN mediums for efficient ‘Online/Remote’ support for our NZ and Australian clients along with on-site visits as required.
We also believe in a strong commitment to our staff and their skills development, through training courses and seminars, to ensure the best possible ongoing support to our clients.
