Technology from New Zealand - financial management software provider Greentree is being used in Botswana.
Gallery Good, a Perth-based mining company is using Greentree's product at is Mupane mine in the African country.
The web-based product, which is built on the Jade platform and designed to integrate into Microsoft environments, has been installed at the Mupane site for just over a year.
Andy Thomson, commercial manager at the mine, says Greentree, which replaced a general ledger system from Pastel Accounintg and an in-house built payroll system, has provided advantages in terms of access to data and reporting....
