I have been actively involved in the IT Industry over the last 25 years. Greentree International was co-founded by myself and a small team of developers in the early 80’s and has grown into a well-established international software company. I have remained part of the Greentree International team throughout this time while we launched our flagship product, Greentree.
I am proud to say that today we have outstanding technology, a fantastic team, and countless happy customers - doing business has been enjoyable.
My Goal for Greentree:
To be the best business solution provider in our market segment in the world.

I have a successful 30 year track record in the technology industry covering NZ, Australia and international activity with extensive involvement in the product and market development of NZ technology products.
In my role with Greentree I am heavily involved with researching potential markets, establishing international distribution agreements and building international sales capabilities.
My previous role as General Manager - Marketing and Strategy for Gen-i Limited involved taking a lead role in the strong growth of one of NZ’s leading technology companies. Prior to this I have provided management consulting services to organisations ranging from medium sized, privately owned technology companies to large multi-national corporations.
In 1991, I founded the NZ Software Exporters Association and spent time developing relationships with key industry and government leaders. Today I work with a number of industry groups focused on international expansion of NZ technology companies.
My Goal for Greentree:
For the company to be internationally successful by providing our customers with robust and innovative business solutions that add real value to their businesses today and long-term.

Having worked with customers in business for over 30 years across a wide range of roles including Development, Training, Customer Service, Sales and Marketing and Channel Management, I have developed a very clear understanding of what is required to meet and exceed customer expectations. This experience focuses my efforts to help build and shape the Greentree product and business every day.
My role provides the key point of co-ordination between Greentree's development effort, our customers, our Sales & Marketing team and Greentree's management team and my goal is to anticipate and deliver what our customers need to grow their business.
My Goal for Greentree:
To be the solution of choice among our target customer base, because Greentree is easy to use, has a huge breadth and depth of functionality, and is implemented and supported by a fantastic network of business partners and because of all these factors our customers get real business value from their investment.

As Greentree’s Channels Director for Australia and New Zealand over the last five years, I have concentrated on taking Greentree to the market in the most successful manner and to provide an infrastructure for our Business Partners that best assists them in selling and supporting our software.
I draw a great deal from over 15 years business experience and my qualifications, Bachelor of Commerce, Diploma of Commerce and a Graduate Diploma in Engineering Management.
It’s been fantastic being part of a passionate team that has seen Greentree, as a product and an organisation, mature greatly. Seeing the very visible sales growth the company has achieved in recent years is rewarding for the commitment the team has made.
My Goal for Greentree:
We need to continue to provide our client base with the best possible business tools to help manage their business. I aim to see Greentree increasingly winning against the competitors to provide customers with real growth solutions.
What makes me so very, very, responsive?
Due to my wider business experience, I have an appreciation of what it is like to be on the other side of the ‘table’. By being responsive to the needs of our Business Partners and customers I can easily reduce the frustration factor that IT sometimes brings.
