Frequently Asked Questions about Migrating to Greentree
What hardware/software do I need?
Greentree currently operates on Windows NT, XP, 2000 or 2003 server, with Linux support soon to be available. The exact specifications will depend on your company size and number of concurrent users. Workstations must be operating Windows 98, 2000, XP or NT and can be connected over any TCP/IP network. An additional requirement for some clients will be Internet access, to fully utilise Greentree's Thin-Client and eCommerce capabilities. We can assist you with setting up Internet and eCommerce connections during implementation.
What can be gained by migrating to Greentree?
You will retain much of the functionality of the CBA system, plus many additional advantages including:

access to Greentree from a web-site through the WebStore

Are customised options available through Greentree?
Greentree retains a module-based structure, allowing you to customise the suite
easily. You can implement a mix of functions that will
meet your specific business requirements, regardless
of size or industry.
Is it possible to transfer existing CBA information?
As part of the implementation of your new Greentree system, our support team
will assist with migrating your valuable information
directly into Greentree. Greentree has been developed by the same
company as CBA, so many business processes and procedures
will already be familiar to your users.
What are the cost implications?
To encourage our CBA users to enjoy the enhanced performance of Greentree, Greentree International is offering a substantial discount off the listed Greentree price for existing CBA users up to date with their annual maintenance fees. The exact price will depend on the modules you require and number of concurrent user licences you operate on.
