With the development of new product suites, some software
companies cease to support customers with older products.
Greentree International has not taken this approach
and maintains a development and support team dedicated
to our CBA users.
The Greentree product has been developed using modern
tools and design technologies, but with much inspiration
from the CBA product. This has resulted in many features
and accounting concepts which will be instantly familiar
to many CBA users.
While our new Greentree product is exciting, we also recognise the need to continue to support CBA users. We are committed to offering our loyal CBA users ongoing maintenance, product enhancements and support. CBA users will continue to receive news, product upgrades and technical assistance as well as being able to take an active part in determining the future of CBA by completing the CBA Enhancement Survey.
Many CBA users have also indicated their desire to
move to the new Greentree product. We have endeavoured
to make this as simple and easy as possible with comprehensive migration methodologies to assist

CBA2000 Latest Enhancements
Greentree International successfully implemented a method of incremental upgrades with the release of CBA2000 version 11.0 in February 2008. As part of that upgrade you get the opportunity to choose which future enhancements you would like to see in CBA via the CBA Enhancement Survey.
We are regularly reviewing your requests and have completed some of the most popular requests. All CBA clients who are up to date with their annual maintenance payments qualify for these enhancements and should request the upgrades from their authorised CBA Reseller.
These user-requested enhancements are designed to further strengthen your investment in the CBA product and we are regularly adding new ones.
AP Supplier Enquiry – Supplier's Account: When displaying the Supplier's additional information, the Supplier's Own Account Number is now displayed – available December 2008.
AP Invoice Entry – Closing Batches: Do not close the whole batch of invoices just because one invoice in the batch has been paid. Check each invoice instead and do not allow changes to an invoice that is already paid – coming soon.
Bill of Material – Receipts: All receipt programs are now able to update the receipt cost to the warehouse record when a warehouse costing method is in use – available February 2009.
General Ledger - Standing Journals: Allow the option to copy an existing journal to a new one and then change the dates and amounts – coming soon.
Inventory - Inter-Warehouse Transfers: Scrolling line entry has been introduced along with the ability to page up or down through the lines - available April 2009.
Inventory - Margin Report: Provide an option to print the report in stock code description order – coming soon.
Purchase Order - Receipt Entry Date: A warning is displayed if the Receipt Date is outside the month of the date entered on the batch header – available December 2008.
Sales Analysis – Print Reports without Update: A command line parameter is now available to turn off the option to Update from Transactions and simply allow the reports to be run – available August 2008.
Special Pricing – Copy Customer: A new program to provide the ability to copy special pricing from one customer to another – available August 2008.
Special Pricing – Deletion: A new program to provide the ability to delete special pricing in total for a customer, customer type, stock code, or stock category – available August 2008.

CBA 2000 Version 11.0
Released February 2008
Greentree International have successfully used a method of incremental upgrades for our Greentree Business Software for several years now and it is time for our loyal CBA customer to benefit from this methodology.
The V11 release of CBA puts in place the framework that is required for you to benefit from this exciting new method of upgrades. Any enhancement, legislative change or fix released after V11 will be in the form of a package. Each package may be applied as soon as it becomes available rather than having to wait for your usual annual update.

SmartBridge.com.au
Greentree International, in conjunction with SmartBridge,
are pleased to offer ebusiness and WebStore capabilities
for CBA customers. The SmartBridge ebusiness solution
provides customers with a range of flexible web offerings
including online product catalogues, web based ordering,
customer service initiatives as well as information
dissemination for a once off set up fee, then a flat
monthly subscription that includes helpdesk support
services.
There are no specialist software and hardware investment
requirements to use this service, as the website is
maintained at a commercial web hosting service to ensure
security and reliability without the high cost of maintenance.
