Inventory Budgets

Preparation of budgets is always a time consuming and reiterative process. Greentree Inventory Budgets has been designed to facilitate this process, and to provide a simple and easy means of data entry. An annual budget quantity and a budget value are all that is required to commence the process with pre-defined user quantity and value spreads automatically extrapolating the quantities and values into each calendar period.

Quantity spreads cater for seasonal fluctuations while the price spreads cater for increases/decreases in value or special promotions for specific periods throughout the calendar year. As any number of quantity and value spreads can be pre-defined, and with a range of combinations for entering the budgets, the reiterative process can quickly and easily be run with different configurations and strategies until the desired results are obtained.

The screen shows the results of the quantity and value spreads being applied to an annual quantity and base value for a branch / customer combination with the ability to manually fine tune the resulting calculations
